At WedoPillows, we stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a comprehensive 30-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery. Rest assured, we want you to love your pillow as much as we do.

Returns and Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must remain in pristine, like-new condition, free from any signs of wear and tear. If the return or exchange is not due to our error or covered by our manufacturer's defect warranty, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Your satisfaction is important to us from the moment you place your order. You have the flexibility to request an order cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to expedite your cancellation request and issue a full refund promptly. Please contact our customer support team with your order details to initiate the cancellation process.

 

Damaged on Arrival

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please capture visual evidence of the damage and forward it to our customer support team at support@wedopillows.com Once verified, you'll have the option to receive a replacement at no extra cost or obtain a full refund.

Product Not Arrived

While we strive for prompt delivery within 3-5 days, there are external factors that may impact delivery times, such as weather conditions or customs delays. If your products fail to arrive within the initial 8 days, please allow for an additional grace period of up to 5 days. If your products do not arrive after a cumulative period of 13 days, we will issue a 100% refund.

Defective/Broken Manufacturer's Fault

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you discover a defect within 30 days of receiving the product, please reach out to us. We'll gladly provide you with a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund.

Change of Opinion

If you've had a change of heart, you have 30 days from the date of product receipt to initiate a return for unused items in their original packaging. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. To begin the return process, please contact us at support@wedopillows.com

Exchange

You may initiate an exchange within 30 days of receipt for an unused product in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. For assistance with exchanges, please contact our support team at support@wedopillows.com

Wrong Product

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by a photograph of the item received. We'll promptly replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the order. Expect to receive your refund within 4-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Additional processing time by your bank or credit card company may be required for the refund to reflect in your account.
